Biography

A one-off project that unexpectedly became a key moment for the development of progressive trance in the late '90s, the Age of Love's self-titled "Age of Love" became a classic, getting remixed by a host of producers, the most well-known version being Jam and Spoon's remix. Produced by BBE members Bruno Sanchioni and Giuseppe Cherchia, "Age of Love" was originally released by the Belgian label Diki Records. The React label subsequently released Jam and Spoon's remix of the track to a global audience, and more remixes followed by such artists as Paul Van Dyk and Emmanuel Top. Despite the song's popularity, Sanchioni and Cherchia never released another Age of Love track, continuing to produce music as BBE. ~ Jason Birchmeier, All Music Guide
