Memphis' infamous Beale Street Music Festival has announced this year's lineup, including Lou Reed, Cat Power, the Roots, Tegan and Sara, My Chemical Romance, Ben Folds, Aretha Franklin, Buddy Guy, Santana, The Black Crowes, Bettye LaVette and more. Discounted three-day fest passes are available through April 30 for $63.50.
