    Paul Davis Dies of a Heart Attack

    Noted soft-rock star Paul Davis died of a heart attack on Tuesday at the Rush Foundation Hospital in his hometown of Meridian, MS. He was 60. Davis is best known for his hit "I Go Crazy," which stuck on the singles charts for months—well, 40 record-breaking weeks at the time—after its 1977 release. His other popular songs include "65 Love Affair," the Marie Osmond duet "You're Still New To Me," and "Ride 'Em Cowboy."
