All of the Black Kids hype that's lit up blogs and the occasional print mag since last year's CMJ will finally end in an actual album July 22, when Columbia Records releases Partie Traumatic in North America. As previously announced, Almost Gold—a Columbia imprint—will handle the disc in other territories.

Fun fact: Bernard Butler, a beacon of Brit-pop from his riff-raking days in Suede, produced the Kids' debut effort.
