Life is certainly imitating art for funny gal Amy Poehler, who is fresh off the box office success of her starring role in the comedy, Baby Mama. Poehler and her hubby, Will Arnett, who was last seen in Semi-Pro and on TV's 30 Rock with Poehler's former Saturday Night Live co-star Tina Fey, are expecting their first child. No further details are available at press time.
The couple married in 2003 and appeared as a brother-sister skating tandem in the feature film Blades of Glory. Their spawn is due this Fall. No doubt the child will have comedy in his or her DNA, given the hilarity that both of its parents have brought forth in the past several years.
In other Arnett news, the actor is keeping busy, with a few films in his queue, including the forthcoming When in Rome with Kristen Bell. Congrats to the happy couple on this most joyous news!
