Billboard Latin Series: Best of Pop 1998 is an entertaining, 14-track budget-line collection of original hits from the likes of Shakira ("Ciega Sordomuda"), Cristian (Lloran las Rosas"), Luis Miguel ("Por Debajo de la Mesa"), Enrique Iglesias ("Esperanza"), Ricardo Arjona ("Dime Que No") and Nek ("Laura No Esta").
