    Rock Am Ring, a two-disc Dutch import set presented by MTV, contains a generous helping of early-'90s hit singles that will mostly be familiar to American and/or British listeners. There are also a few hits by Dutch artists like the Nits, Pur, Westernhagen, and Nationalgalerie.
