    A collection of hedonistic Dirty South party music, Nasty Confessions collects more than its fair share of quality weekend music. Old favorites like Lil Jon and the Ying Yang Twins mix with new heat like Reef Hustle and Manifest. The fat beats bounce between ghetto and glitter while the numerous rousing crunk numbers are balanced with a couple slow bedroom tracks. Including Khia's classic sleazester "My Neck, My Back" is icing on the cake, but the bonus DVD containing Joker's "Ladies Comin' Over" video is hardly necessary. ~ David Jeffries, All Music Guide
