Having seemingly exhausted all of the B-sides, demos, and additional recordings cut during and around the original It's a Shame About Ray sessions, Atlantic assembled four live tracks culled from a December 1992 show in Austin, TX, for this entertaining but hardly essential Lemonheads EP. "It's good to be back in Austin and not tripping -- does anyone know where to get some hallucinogenic drugs, by the way?" asks Evan Dando before launching into a sweetly ragged performance of the title cut which, like the remaining songs ("Rudderless," "Mallo Cup," and "Rudderless"), zip by in versions only scantly dissimilar from their original vinyl incarnations. Four "art prints" -- essentially the covers of previous Lemonheads singles reprinted à la postcards -- round out the set. ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide
