    Presented by the English production-DJ duo Copyright, the second volume in the "International Edition" subseries of Defected's Defected in the House series contains another two discs of up-to-date progressive house. The featured tracks include the Martin Solveig mix of Underground Dance Artists United for Life's "Most Precious Love," Julian Jabre's "Swimming Places," and the extended mix of Soul Central's "Need You Now." Copyright's own "Essence of Life," actually credited to their One Track Mind alias, would be another highlight if it weren't for its explosion-ignited breakdown, a third-degree cliché. Though a few tracks do stick to the memory after first listen, the mix is merely functional at best. ~ Andy Kellman, All Music Guide
