    France's Kid Loco presents a special stateside release, 1999's Prelude to a Grand Love Story, which reconfigures songs from his first album, A Grand Love Story. Loco's multifaceted electronic music embraces everything from abstract techno to trip-hop, giving it a romantic spin.
